Shipping

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Lebanese public holidays are processed on the next working day. During drops and limited releases, processing may take up to 5 business days — you will be notified if this applies to your order.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Domestic Shipping — Lebanon

Orders under $120 are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout. Orders of $120 and above qualify for free shipping across Lebanon.

International Shipping

International shipping rates and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your destination and package weight.

Any customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by your country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Les Imparfaits has no control over these charges. We recommend checking with your local customs authority prior to ordering.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Les Imparfaits is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address details. Re-shipping fees will apply if an order is returned to us due to an address error.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue.
