RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Returns — Store Credit

We accept returns on all items. However, please note that Les Imparfaits does not issue cash or card refunds. All approved returns are issued as store credit, which can be applied to any future purchase with no expiry date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Defective items are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement, at your discretion.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges on all items, subject to stock availability. Exchange requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery. All exchanges must be completed within one week of the request being approved.

Return shipping to Les Imparfaits is at the customer's expense. Delivery fees for the exchanged item will apply.

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at hello@lesimparfaits.com or via DM on Instagram with your order number and reason for return.

Les Imparfaits reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us at hello@lesimparfaits.com or via Instagram DM with your order number.

We cannot guarantee cancellation of orders once processing has begun. If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full store credit will be issued. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Les Imparfaits reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud or misuse of discount codes, in which case a full refund will be issued.
